What You’ll Do:
  • Assist the Business Services Account Manager in his/her administration of accounts including renewals, security documentation, expiry reports, etc. 
  • Analyzes lending reports to verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to transactions. 
  • Processing and posting of all loan entries for payments, advances, payouts, interest rates, etc.
  • Load new commercial loans on the Horizon system from source documents including commercial loan applications.
  • Processing and posting of all loan entries for commercial loan payments, new loan advances, loan payouts, LOC increases, interest rate changes, AFT returns on loans etc.
  • Bring forward ideas and solutions that will improve the administration function within the Business Services department.
What You Have:
Required Education and Experience
•      High School diploma with at least two years financial institution experience. Bilingual in French and English preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communications skills (oral, written)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to effectively work with diverse groups and to interact with all levels of management and staff
  • Proven ability in following policies and procedures.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), data systems, software applications and technology.
